What makes a great? How do you take your message from obscurity to the spotlight?

Robert Collier once said, “Constant repetition carries conviction.” This holds true for your personal messages as well. As you stay true and consistent to your message it begins to take a foothold with your audience and eventually stretches beyond them.

I want to talk with you about how to effectively get your message out. It has been said that repetition is the mother of all skills and it is so true. If you think about some recent TV ads you know exactly where to go to get your “$5 dollar foot long” or when you, “think outside the bun.” Subway and Taco Bell have made billions of dollars on those repetitious phrases. Repetition creates stickiness. Repetition creates remembrance. Over time, repetition can create a phenomenon.

The next concept is consistency. If you take a look Mahatma Gandhi or Martin Luther King, Jr. you will see that they were consistent in their messages. More than 40 years later the message is still revered, quoted, and embraced. If you want your message to reach farther than your microphone you must be consistent in your .

Finally, you need to us Illustration. Think of the last speaker you heard and what it is that you remember about what they said. I’d bet that it is a story of some sort. People love stories because they are relatable and easily remembered. More than that, you can touch on emotion and that is the pinnacle of presenting. If you can bring out emotion, success is inevitable.

So there you have it, the 3 keys to make your message powerful, memorable, and extraordinary. You need to be repetitious, consistent, and illustrative. Use these tools and make your next public your best public .
