Q&A: Public Speaking Training?

Public speaking/speech has been a nightmare for me since little, and it’s really holding me back in my career. I have been searching to get some trainings in public speaking, and I see a lot of instructors who offer one-on-one training. Isn’t it better to get trained by speaking in a group lesson instead? Isn’t that the point of public speaking?

yes, but frankly this is a difficult class for some students, esp. me. It was a nightmare.
